I also thought some of you might like this recipe. It's Rachael Ray's Italian Sub Stoup (a stew/soup). It's easy and DELICIOUS! I did make some modifications: decreased pasta, didn't do the bread (although I'm sure it's yummy - just trying to cut down on the carbs) and used Italian chicken sausage.
